Conceptualized by Seoul-born Chef Kyung Soo Moon, the menu presents a sophisticated take on Korean cuisine, blending tradition with innovation. It honors South Korea’s evolving culinary culture while offering a modern twist.

At the heart of HANU is Meat Me at the Grill’, a signature grilling experience that serves as its crown jewel.

No experience is complete without a bar and lounge, where guests can indulge in a sophisticated array of cocktails and a uniquely curated beverage menu, blending Korean tradition with modern creativity. Our beverage selection is inspired by the three main pillars of Korean culture:

The main pillar and base, Tradition equals “All Time Classics”. At the HANU bar, we introduce four very popular classic cocktails with a unique HANU touch.

INNOVATION

We have lived through the past, we know the present, but the future is unknown. These cocktails are inspired by the four elements featured in the South Korean flag: Geon, Ri, Gam, Gon.

HARMONY

This section of the cocktail menu showcases our non-alcoholic cocktails. Following the trend, religious background, and the new generation, we want to ensure that everyone is looked after.
