A new wave of contemporary Korean cuisine, HANU is a homegrown concept by Sunset Hospitality Group. The bold culinary destination reimagines contemporary Korean dining, promising an elevated experience where heritage is united with modernism while delivering vibrant, artfully crafted dishes that push the boundaries of tradition.

The menu, conceptualised by Chef Kyung Soo Moon born and raised in Seoul, Korea, presents a refined exploration of Korean cuisine with a modern twist. The dynamic menu honours the ever-evolving culture of South Korea, blending tradition with innovation to challenge perceptions of Korean cuisine.

At the heart of the HANU lies ‘Meat Me at the Grill’, a unique grilling experience that serves as the crown jewel.

BAR

No place is complete without a bar and lounge that will offer diners fantastic drinks and a chance to indulge in a creative beverage menu that exhibits a modern take on Korean Highballs and other classics.

Our beverage menu is inspired by the three main pillars of the Korean culture:

TRADITION

The main pillar and base, Tradition equals “All Time Classics”. At the HANU bar, we introduce four very popular classic cocktails with a unique HANU touch.

INNOVATION

We have lived through the past, we know the present, but the future is unknown. These cocktails are inspired by the four elements featured in the South Korean flag: Geon, Ri, Gam, Gon.

HARMONY

This section of the cocktail menu showcases our non-alcoholic cocktails. Following the trend, religious background, and the new generation, we want to ensure that everyone is looked after.

PRIVATE EVENTS

HANU offers an exceptional setting for private events for gatherings and special occasions, where guests can immerse themselves in a refined atmosphere that blends tradition and luxury.

The venue’s striking interiors, highlighted by dark walnut wood, intricately stacked roof tiles, and grand carved beam ceilings, create an elegant backdrop for any occasion.
