HANU x MARI
HANU welcomes New York’s Michelin-starred restaurant Mari for a two-night collaboration on 21 and 22 January. Chef Kyung Soo Moon and Chef Sungchul Shim, the Korean-American chef behind Mari, present an exclusive 15-course omakase experience, marking Mari’s debut in Dubai.
The menu blends Mari’s renowned hand-roll artistry with HANU’s contemporary Korean approach, reflecting precision, balance, and modern innovation. Held in an intimate setting with two seatings each evening at 6 PM and 9 PM, the experience is limited to 10 diners per seating. Priced at AED 895 per person (excluding drinks), this collaboration offers a rare and unforgettable culinary moment.
