HANU is proud to announce an exclusive one-night collaboration with Dubai’s acclaimed Japanese restaurant, TakaHisa. Renowned for its mastery of A5 Wagyu and refined omakase, the two culinary teams unite for a rare cross-cultural evening.
On this special night, HANU’s Executive Chef Kyung Soo Moon will collaborate with TakaHisa’s Wagyu Master Hisao Ueda and Sushi Master Takashi Namekata to present a 12-course omakase experience. The evening showcases a seamless fusion of Japanese precision and contemporary Korean flavors, crafted with the highest levels of technique, balance, and artistry.
