The main dining room seats 58, while the terrace accommodates 44 guests amongst kimchi pots and patterned screens. A private dining space for 10 showcases celadon vase pendant lights and Korean artwork, creating an intimate setting for special occasions.
Chef Moon brings more than two decades of global experience to HANU’s kitchen. The menu shines with carefully crafted dishes like Korean beef tartare, crispy bulgogi (beef sliced thin and marinated for 24 hours), and innovative takes on classics such as oversized kimbap hand rolls. At the heart of the dining experience, each table features a bespoke charcoal grill where staff prepare premium cuts of meat to guests’ preferences, accompanied by six distinct condiments.
